It would love to give this 5 stars but they need a bit of supervision. Big kids are allowed to take over the toddler area until the parents complain. Kitchen is also run by teenagers that believe burnt is a flavor. But it's still worth the visit
It is like an upscale version of Chuck E. Cheese's. The kids will really enjoy it, but you will spend considerably more than you would at the alternative, but you get what you pay for- a bigger play area, better quality games, etc
However (and I say these things because we had a blast and wish things could be a tad better!), my husband and I couldn't help but troubleshoot and report issues: no running water in men's rooms (and no one working to fix it), broken table in the cafe (but once we reported it, the young woman we mentioned it to got to work on it), mystery liquid oozing out of ice machine (?) and onto counter in cafe, a broken chain hanging down in play structure (we tucked it up in the "ceiling"), maybe 50% of air cannons working, only 1 of 3 foam ball returns working, etc. In the arcade it felt like 20% of games weren't working. (We didn't use the laser tag or ropes course, so can't comment on the safety of those activities.)
We came for a birthday party and it was awesome! Not crowded at all and the whole place was clean. That's huge for me specially since most kids places are always so dirty, you feel your kid needs a good scrubbing as soon as you get home. They have a coffee bar with decent coffee options and good beer deals for happy hour along with good food options. So much to do for kids and adults alike.
We went to Wow Factory for the first time today. We had a great time, and our kids loved it!
We look forward to our next--hopefully 5 star--visit!
Only 3 stars because: the toddler room had a lot of bigger kids, way taller then the ruler at the door. I would love some more from the safety part when coming in and going out( like other places have, stamp parents and kids etc). A lot of parents with the shoes on when different post it . Yes, its a lot of fun for kids and the price is very good !
So much potential! Hoping management will see this and similar reviews and attend to these issues. I feel like the employees are all very pleasant but young enough to not venture outside their assigned jobs. We'd love to see someone roam through the play structure now again (let people know to take off shoes, check on equipment, etc.) or take a little more initiative to at least report issues to management.
